ProActive Technologies has a contingent opening for a Supply Technician to join our Simulation and Training Team at Luke AFB in the Phoenix AZ area.

**This position is contingent on PAT being awarded a corresponding contract. **

The Supply Technician will apply Skills and Knowledge to procure goods and services, track inventory, prepare and receive shipments, and track and document supply chain and logistical matters within the scope of contracted duties of ProActive Technologies.

Please Note:

• This position is Hourly Non-Exempt
• Pay rate is based on Dept. of Labor Wage Determination for the area where work is performed

Two years minimum work experience in/with:

• Identifying and purchasing commodities and services; inventory control, management, and storage of parts/materials
• Developing/maintaining a database of acquisitions and of existing parts/materials
• Obtaining quotes/pricing/lead times from vendors/distributors for commodities/services
• Following up with vendors/distributors the status of acquisition orders
• Compiling/documenting/briefing status of acquisition orders and existing stock levels
• Organizing/maintaining acquisition documentation
• Conducting research to find cost effective and/or suitable substitute solutions to preferred commodities/services being acquired
• Researching for products/services to meet minimally specified needs
• Determining stock levels of existing parts/materials and acquiring deficiencies
• Identifying/resolving acquisition discrepancies
• Developing/maintaining bills of materials and parts listings
• Packing/shipping/ordering/receiving commodities and services.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining US Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance or other level as determine by contract
• US Citizenship is required
